SPR# GSER4XNK47 - Fixed validation to allow only one server statistic collection doc per server. Each "collecting" server is only allowed to have ONE Server Statistic Collection Document. So if someone creates multiple docs with the same collecting server, only the first document that is alphabetically listed will be recognized.
